Cogna appoints former Bazaarvoice EMEA leader Ed Hill as VP Revenue

Cogna, the AI platform for critical work, today announced the appointment of Ed Hill as VP Revenue. Hill joins from Bazaarvoice, where he spent five and a half years as SVP and General Manager, EMEA, building the region into the company's primary growth engine.

Ed Hill brings more than 25 years of enterprise software leadership across Bazaarvoice and SAP. At Bazaarvoice, Hill led EMEA through five and a half consecutive years of record-breaking growth, with the region outperforming every other geography in the business and delivering industry-leading customer satisfaction and retention. The shift that drove it was strategic: Hill repositioned the commercial motion away from product sales and towards transformation outcomes for customers.

Before Bazaarvoice, Hill ran the UK Sales organisation at SAP, where he led the transition of major enterprise accounts from on-premise systems to cloud subscription models. The work involved delivering wide-scale digital transformation programmes for many of the region's largest enterprises.

At Cogna, Hill will scale the global commercial organisation, with a focus on building long-term strategic partnerships and developing a rigorous framework to quantify the transformation outcomes Cogna delivers for its customers.
