Cogna adds Ben Slater to leadership team to scale global go-to-market function

Cogna, the AI software factory for physical industries, today announced the appointment of Ben Slater to lead marketing, partnerships, and revenue operations.
An experienced B2B SaaS marketing leader, Slater brings a track record of building and scaling GTM teams in high-growth environments. He previously spent nearly a decade at Beamery, where he joined as employee number five and served as SVP of Marketing. During his tenure, he helped grow the company from pre-revenue to significant scale, with the company most recently valued at over $1 billion following its Series D.
Since his time at Beamery, Slater has worked with some of Europe’s fastest-growing startups—supporting go-to-market strategy, positioning, and revenue performance. He’s partnered with portfolio companies backed by leading venture firms such as Atomico, Northzone, Emerge, Notion Capital, and Eight Roads.
